The Search for Sasquatch

Part of the 2026 Soccer Ball Hunt, a countywide public art celebration of community, creativity, and global unity, this large-scale sculpture transforms a pre-fabricated marine buoy into an innovative 3-Dimensional mural. The choice of substrate is itself a gesture of the Pacific Northwest's maritime heritage.

Each face of the sphere tells a different story. The crown features Ari's signature solar motif, concentric rings of gold radiating outward. One face opens onto Tahoma rising through an open blue sky, gold-rimmed and cloud-wrapped. Another presents the Earth cradled inside a blazing ensignia, with Seattle highlighted on the world’s stage, referencing the 2026 World Cup.
