Ebb and Flow spans a pair of buildings along Rainier Avenue in the Mt. Baker neighborhood, visible from the street and from the window of the Link Light Rail, placing the work in daily view of thousands of Seattle commuters. Together the two murals treat the built environment of a South Seattle neighborhood as what it is: a canvas worthy of the grandest possible vision of the people who live there.
